Photo No 280 - Showers and Sunshine (Oct 6th)
Spotted the droplets on the door handle and when I snapped the picture loved the pattern in the sky. Snapseed drama to make it pop.

Photo No 205 - Sunnies (Jul 23rd)
I have very light sensitive eyes but have barely needed to use my sunglasses this year. Look at that sky though. Needed them today. You can see the squint creases in my forehead as I’m trying to see the picture I’m taking.
chased by heat
the blazing ball blinds me
I drive faster to turn the corner
I chase the heat
up one step at a time
and then out of the window

drove home the scenic sea way
just
to see the near-spring sun
shimmer off the surface

Photo No 34 - Sun Flower (Feb 3rd)
Took a shot of the sun glaring through my window as I was sat sorting out paperwork and accounts today. When I looked at it I couldn’t see the sun but what looked a little like fingerprint on the left of the frame. One add of Snapseed drama 2 filter later has bought out the sun rays and it looks like my window is the centre of a fabulous red flower. Gorgeous (Much better than the picture of hole punches I had thought about posting).
Photo no 11 - Lunchtime (Jan 11th)
I went up to the lunchroom today and managed to get the microwave working for the second day in a row (it’s very temperamental). Whilst my lunch was nuking I spent some time staring out the window at the sun, clock tower and sea. Very peaceful. I love that the ray of sun is reaching down to connect.
